The Hostal-Restaurant la Cigale evolves with the will to have a positive impact on its environment. For that purpose, we use local and organic products (coffee, cheese, fruits, vegetables …).
In the restaurant, a place is dedicated to selling organic products, fair trade products and handicraft products from Azuay and Ecuador.
To reduce our impact on the water resource, we collect and reuse rain water in the toilets.
The restaurant reuses its organic waste in an organic garden.
